He is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia) and an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA), with deep expertise in IFRS, statutory reporting, tax governance, internal controls, and audit management. Ali has held senior roles in multinational organisations and Big‑4 environments, working closely with CFOs, Boards, and Audit Committees.
Ali brings a strong risk‑aware and compliance‑focused approach, combined with practical commercial insight. His background includes managing complex group reporting, leading statutory audits, overseeing tax compliance, and strengthening internal control frameworks.
